摘  要:为确定2021年7月广西大桂山鳄蜥国家级自然保护区北娄管理站患病鳄蜥(Shinisaurus crocodilurus)的病原体及病原特征,从鳄蜥尸体肺和肝中分别分离得到1株细菌,通过形态学观察、生理生化试验、分子生物学鉴定、药敏试验和多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)方法分析,确定肺中的分离菌株BL1682F为葡萄牙柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter portucalensis),肝中的分离菌株BL1682G为摩氏摩根菌(Morganella morganii)。药敏试验结果表明:分离菌株BL1682F对庆大霉素、阿米卡星、头孢呋辛、头孢吡肟、环丙沙星、磺胺甲唑、氨曲南和四环素敏感,对氨苄西林耐药;分离菌株BL1682G对庆大霉素、哌拉西林、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、磺胺甲唑和氨曲南敏感,对头孢呋辛和四环素耐药。多位点序列分型结果鉴定分离菌株BL1682F为新的序列型(sequence type,ST),与标准菌株ST-4和ST-267亲缘关系最近。研究结果可为鳄蜥疾病的预防和分子流行病学的研究提供参考。To determine the pathogens and pathogenic characteristics of the diseased crocodile lizards(Shinisaurus croco⁃dilurus)from Beilou Station of Guangxi Daguishan Crocodile Lizard National Nature Reserve in July 2021,one dominant bacterial strain was isolated from the lung and liver of the crocodile lizard carcass,respectively.Through morphological ob⁃servation,physiological and biochemical tests,molecular biology identification,drug sensitivity test and multilocus se⁃quence typing(MLST)method,the isolate BL1682F was identified as Citrobacter portucalensis in the lung and BL1682G was identified as Morganella morganii in the liver.The drug sensitivity test results showed that the isolate BL1682F was sen⁃sitive to gentamicin,amikacin,cefuroxime,cefepime,ciprofloxacin,sulfamethoxazole,aztreonam and tetracycline,and resistant to ampicillin;the isolate BL1682G was sensitive to gentamicin,piperacillin,ceftriaxone,cefepime,sulfamethoxa⁃zole and aztreonam,and resistant to cefuroxime and tetracycline.The results of MLST identified the isolate BL1682F as a new sequence type(ST),which was most closely related to the standard strains ST-4 and ST-267.The results of the study may provide a reference for the prevention and molecular epidemiology of crocodile lizard diseases.
