赤大袋鼠等孢球虫病的诊疗与防控

摘　　要：重庆动物园从某地引进6只赤大袋鼠(Macropus rufus),入园发生等孢球虫(Isospora)感染,发病率100%(6/6),死亡率16.7%(1/6),经正确诊断及对症用药后取得了良好的治疗效果。之后通过环境消毒和口服用药等防控措施,经近1年的观察,未复发,对该诊疗和防控过程进行总结,以供同行参考。Six red kangaroos(Macropus rufus)were introduced into the Chongqing Zoo and after the introduction,they were infected with Isospora,with the incidence of 100%(6/6),and the mortality rate of 16.7%(1/6).Good curative effects have been obtained ow⁃ing to correct diagnosis and prescription,combined with measures like regular stool exami⁃nation,environmental disinfection and oral prophylactics.After nearly a year of observa⁃tion,no further symptoms were observed.This article summarizes the diagnosis,treat⁃ment and prevention and control process for peer reference only.
