摘  要:针对头盔显示系统高像质、全彩显示、结构简单紧凑的应用需求,提出双自由曲面棱镜结构,利用离轴折/反射的原理,设计了一款双通道头盔显示光学系统。通过自定义约束函数,构建了双棱镜模型,运用矩形阵列光瞳采样算法结合矢量像差理论,迭代优化了离轴非旋转对称系统。所设计的投影和透射双通道系统工作波段为400~700 nm,出瞳直径为8.5 mm,出瞳距离为21 mm,体积为41.5 mm×31.5 mm×14.1 mm。投影通道视场为45°,全视场调制传递函数值在61 lp/mm处大于0.3,透射通道视场为52°,全视场调制传递函数值在30 cycle/(°)处大于0.4。对双通道系统进行了眼球动态像质分析,结果表明,在出瞳直径范围内,人眼所接收到的像质基本不受眼球姿态的影响。该双棱镜结构为下一代双通道头盔显示系统提供了可参考的设计方向。Because of the application requirements of high image quality,fullcolor display,and the simple and compact structure of a helmetmounted display system,a dualfreeform prism structure is proposed.A dualchannel helmetmounted display optical system is designed using the offaxis folding/reflection principle.Furthermore,a dualprism model is constructed using the custom constraint function,and the offaxis nonrotational symmetry system is optimized using the rectangular array pupil sampling algorithm,which is combined with vector aberration theory.In the design of the projection and transmission dualchannel system,which has a working wavelength of 400‒700 nm,the diameter and distance of the pupil are 8.5 mm and 21 mm,respectively,and the volume is 41.5 mm×31.5 mm×14.1 mm.The field of view of the projection channel is 45°,and the full field of view modulation transfer function value is greater than 0.3 at 61 lp/mm.The transmission channel field of view is 52°,and the full field of view modulation transfer function value is greater than 0.4 at 30 cycle/(°).The dynamic image quality analysis of the dualchannel system is conducted,and the analysis results show that the image quality received by the human eye is unaffected by the attitude of the eyeball within the range of the diameter of the pupil.This dualprism structure provides a reference design direction for the next generation of the dualchannel helmetmounted display system.
