摘 要:从污水处理技术源头上控制污泥产量是油田减少含油危废产量、降低运行成本的有效手段。本文介绍了四种药剂投加量少、污泥产量低的新型污水处理技术及其适用性和应用效果。电化学预氧化污水处理技术适用于强腐蚀性污水处理,相比于纯投加药剂的处理工艺,其加药量可降低30%~40%,污泥产生量减少10%。多功能超细化污水处理工艺适用于强腐蚀性污水处理,污泥量较传统工艺减少53%。高梯度聚结气浮污水处理技术适用于含聚污水,不需投加药剂,可节省老化油和污泥处置费0.3元/m3。微生物+膜过滤工艺,适用于稀油污水,污泥减量50%以上。Controlling sludge production from the source of wastewater treatment is an effective means to reduce oily hazardous waste and the operating cost.This paper introduces the applicability and application effect of the new wastewater treatment technology with low dosage of chemicals and low sludge output.The electrochemical pre-oxidation wastewater treatment technology is applicable to highly corrosive wastewater.Compared with the treatment process with pure chemical modification,the chemical dosage can be reduced by 30%~40%,and the sludge production can be reduced by 10%with this technology.The multifunctional ultra-fine wastewater treatment technology is applicable to highly corrosive wastewater,and the sludge production can be reduced by 53%compared with the traditional process.High-gradient coalescence air flotation wastewater treatment technology is applicable to polymer-containing wastewater without adding chemicals,which can save 0.3 yuan/m3 water in disposal cost of aging oil and sludge.Microorganism+membrane filtration technology is applicable to wastewater containing light oil with sludge reduction of more than 50%.
