摘　　要：多元社会规范下乡村公共财产秩序的达成是目前我国乡村社会遇到的普遍难题。通过对H村山林补偿款分配过程的分析,发现H村山林补偿款的分配结果是“利益-规范”双重博弈综合策略均衡。在利益与规范的双重互动中,H村第一批山林补偿的分配从最初的身份逻辑演化为贡献逻辑。第二批山林补偿款的分配则在贡献逻辑的基础上增加了惩罚搭便车者的逻辑。H村山林补偿款分配从最初单纯的公共财产分配演变成为与村庄公共物品相关联的事件。两批山林补偿款分配逻辑的演化过程呈现了多元社会规范公共财产秩序变迁的一个侧面,对个体化时代下的社会公共性重塑有一定的启发意义。Through the analysis of the distribution process of the two compensations in H Village,it is found that the distribution is the balance of the comprehensive strategy of the dual game of“interestnorm”.The distribution of the first compensation in H Village has evolved from the original identity-logic to the contribution-logic.In the subsequent the second compensation distribution,the distribution logic added the logic of punishing free riders on the basis of the contribution logic.The distribution of mountain forest compensation in Village H has evolved from a simple distribution of public property to an event associated with village public goods.The evolution of the distribution logic of the two batches of mountain forest compensation presents an aspect of the changes in the order of public property in a pluralistic society,and also has certain enlightening significance for the reconstruction of social publicity in the era of individualization.
