摘 要:以林下栽培的2年生於术为试材,研究分析了於术现蕾期各器官主要营养元素含量、分布及与土壤养分的相关性,为於术的养分管理和施肥决策提供依据。结果表明:於术叶片中的氮含量最高,达17.74g/kg,各器官中氮含量从高到低依次为叶片>细根>花蕾>根茎>茎枝;於术细根中的磷含量最高,达2.46g/kg,各器官中的磷含量从高到低依次为细根>根茎>叶片>花蕾>茎枝;於术叶片中的钾含量最高,达22.60g/kg,各器官中的钾含量从高到低依次为叶片>细根>茎枝>花蕾>根茎;於术叶片中的钙含量和镁含量为最高,分别为19.57g/kg、3.61g/kg,各器官中的钙含量和镁含量从高到低依次为叶片>细根>花蕾>根茎>茎枝;於术同一器官中,均以钾元素含量为最高,各器官营养元素含量的平均值从大到小依次为钾>氮>钙>磷>镁;於术叶片中的氮:磷、氮:钾、钾:磷平均分别为9.69、0.83、12.54;於术叶片、茎枝、根茎和细根器官中的氮含量、钾含量和镁含量与土壤养分的关系较为紧密,具有显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关性。In order to provide the basis for nutrient management and fertilization decision,the contents of main nutrient elements in different organs and their correlation with soil nutrients were analyzed by sampling of 2-year old undergrowth plants of A tractylodes macrocephala cv.Yuzh at budding stage.The results showed:N content in leaves was the highest(17.74g/kg)and in all organs was in the order of leave>fine root>£lower bud>rhizome>stem branche.P content in fine root was the highest(2.46g/kg)and in all organs was in the order of fine root>rhizome>leaf>flower bud>stem.K content in leaves was the highest(22.60g/kg)and in all organs was in the order of leave>fine root>stem branches>flower bud>rhizome.Ca and Mg content in leaves were the highest,which were 19.57g/kgand 3.61 g/kg,respectively,and in all organs were in the order of leaf>fine root>flower bud>rhizoma>stem branch.In the same organ,K content was the highest,and the average nutrient content of each organ was K>N>Ca>P>Mg in descending order.The average N:P,N:K,K:P in leaves were 9.69,0.83,12.54,respectively.The contents of N,K and Mg in leaf,stem,rhizomes and fine root organs were closely correlated with soil nutrients,and had significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)correlation.
