摘 要:为了在路面养护工程中更好地利用再生沥青混合料,设计了RAP掺量均为80%的热拌及温拌再生沥青混合料,对其进行四点弯曲疲劳试验,采用耗散能法分析普通再生剂和温拌再生剂对再生沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响,并与新拌沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明:1)温拌再生沥青混合料的疲劳性能虽不及新拌沥青混合料,但显著优于热拌再生沥青混合料;2) 3种沥青混合料达到疲劳破坏时的累积耗散能和疲劳寿命在双对数坐标系中均呈现出良好的线性关系,且此关系不受再生剂种类及是否掺加RAP的影响,由此可通过线性拟合得到用累积耗散能表示的疲劳方程。In order to make better use of reclaimed asphalt mixture in pavement maintenance engineering,the hot mix and warm mix reclaimed asphalt mixture with RAP content of 80%were designed.The fourpoint bending fatigue test was carried out on them.The dissipated energy method was used to analyze the influence of common and warm mix on the fatigue performance of reclaimed asphalt mixture,and the comparison was made with the new mix.The results show that the fatigue performance of reclaimed asphalt mixture with warm mix is significantly better than that of reclaimed asphalt mixture with hot mix,although it is not as good as that of fresh asphalt mixture.At the same time,it is also found that the cumulative dissipated energy and fatigue life of the three asphalt mixtures when fatigue failure is achieved show a good linear relationship in the double logarithmic coordinate system,which is not affected by the test conditions,and fatigue equation represented by cumulative dissipated energy can be obtained by linear fitting.
