摘  要:为了探讨不同骨料级配、水胶比、减水剂用量和外掺砂率对透水混凝土的强度与渗透性的影响,采用控制变量法进行透水混凝土20组配合比设计,并分别对抗压强度(f_(cc))、抗折强度(f_(f))、透水系数(k)以及有效孔隙率(ρ_(e))进行测试。结果表明:1)骨料级配、水胶比、减水剂、外掺砂砂率均对透水混凝土性能产生显著影响,当骨料为单一粒径4.75 mm~9.5 mm的粗骨料、水胶比为0.27、减水剂用量为0.3%时,透水混凝土强度达到最高;2)随着外掺砂含量的增加,透水混凝土的强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,外掺细骨料后透水混凝土的最佳水胶比增大;3)根据强度变化规律,确定最优砂率为4%,抗压强度可达18.55 MPa,透水系数为3.54 mm/s;4)通过探究透水混凝土强度与渗透性之间的平衡关系,确定最优配合比,即骨料为单一粒径的4.75 mm~9.5 mm粗骨料、水胶比为0.28、减水剂用量为0.3%、外掺砂率为4%,使实际工程中透水混凝土强度与渗透率均满足要求。To explore the influence of different aggregate gradation,water-binder ratio,water-reducing agent dosage and external sand-adding ratio on the strength and permeability of pervious concrete,the control variable method was used to design the mix proportions of 20 groups of pervious concrete,and the compressive strength(f_(cc)),flexural strength(f_(f)),water permeability(k)and effective porosity(ρ_(e))were tested respectively.The results show that:1)The aggregate gradation,water-binder ratio,water-reducing agent and the ratio of external sand and sand all have a significant effect on the performance of pervious concrete.When the aggregate is coarse aggregate with a single particle size of 4.75 mm-9.5 mm,the water-binder ratio is 0.27,and the amount of water reducing agent is 0.3%,the strength of pervious concrete reaches the highest;2)It shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the optimum water-binder ratio of permeable concrete increases after adding fine aggregate;3)According to the law of strength change,it is determined that the optimal sand rate is 4%,the compressive strength can reach 18.55 MPa,and the water permeability coefficient is 3.54 mm/s;4)By exploring the trade-off relationship between the strength and permeability of pervious concrete,the optimal mix ratio is determined,that is,the aggregate is 4.75 mm~9.5 mm coarse aggregate with a single particle size,the water-binder ratio is 0.28,the amount of water reducing agent is 0.3%,and the sand mixing rate is 4%,so that the strength and permeability of pervious concrete in practical engineering meet the requirements.
