支撑国家双碳战略的地方贡献研究——以北京为例

摘　　要：碳达峰碳中和是党中央为推动绿色低碳发展、积极应对全球气候问题作出的重要部署。北京作为首都和超大型城市,一直以来在低碳发展、科技支撑、机制创新等方面有着坚实的基础,本文通过分析北京在国家双碳战略下的定位,总结北京绿色低碳转型政策措施和经验做法,进一步分析面临的形势和挑战,并提出相应的建议。Carbon peak and Carbon Neutrality is an important deployment made by the CPC Central Committee to promote green and low-carbon development and actively respond to global climate issues.As capital and mega-city,Beijing has always had a solid foundation in low-carbon development,scientific and technological support,and mechanism innovation.By analyzing Beijing's positioning under the national dual-carbon strategy,this paper summarizes Beijing's green low-carbon transition policy measures and experience and practices,further analyzes the situation and challenges it faces,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
