摘　　要：本文对高校节能监管存在的问题与不足进行了分析,并吸取与借鉴国内外先进管理经验和理论,提出了构建高校节能监管体系的建议。This paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of energy-saving supervision in colleges and universities,draws on and draws on advanced management experience and theories at home and abroad,and puts forward constructive suggestions for building an energy-saving supervision system in colleges and universities.
