摘　　要：本文以烟台市某垃圾渗滤液处理车间污泥脱水系统为研究对象,对其运行过程进行工艺调整提升脱泥效率,通过对药剂投加量、进泥量、差速的调整,以降低泥饼含水率。研究结果显示,当药泵频率40Hz,污泥泵频率为30Hz,差速为4时污泥脱水效果最好。This paper takes the sludge dewatering system of a landfill leachate treatment workshop in Yantai City as the research object,adjusts its operation process to improve the sludge removal efficiency,and reduces the water content of sludge cake by adjusting the dosage of chemicals,the amount of sludge,and the differential speed.The research results show that the sludge dewatering effect is best when the frequency of medicine pump is 40Hz,the frequency of sludge pump is 30HZ,and the differential speed is 4.
