摘  要:应用SIMUFACT有限元软件建立了螺旋孔型热斜轧钢球的热、力和微观组织相互耦合的有限元模型。在热斜轧钢球的成形过程中,重要的工艺参数有轧制温度、轧辊转速和轧辊倾角。采用单因素实验方法,分析了钢球微观组织的分布特征,阐述了工艺参数对晶粒尺寸和分布均匀性的影响规律。研究发现:轧件横截面的平均晶粒尺寸随着轧制温度、轧辊转速和轧辊倾角的增加,呈现先减小后增大的规律;随着轧制温度的升高、轧辊转速的加快,轧件整体晶粒尺寸和分布均匀性呈现先减小后增大的规律;随着轧辊倾角的增加,轧件整体晶粒尺寸呈现先减小后增大的规律,组织分布均匀性呈现先增大后减小的趋势。研究结果表明,工艺参数对斜轧钢球微观组织均匀性及成品质量有重要影响,且实验结果与仿真模拟分析一致,验证了仿真模拟的可靠性。The finite element model for the mutual coupling of heat,force and microstructure of spiral-groove hot skew-rolled steel ball was established by using finite element software SIMUFACT,and in the forming process of hot skew-rolled steel ball,rolling temperature,roller rotate speed and roller inclination angle were the important process parameters.Then,the distribution characteristics of microstructure for steel ball were analyzed by the single factor experiment method,and the influence laws of process parameters on grain size and distribution uniformity were expounded.Furthermore,it is found that the average grain size for the cross section of rolled workpieces decreases at first and then increases with the increasing of rolling temperature,roller rotate speed and roller inclination angle,and with the increasing of rolling temperature and roller rotate speed,the overall grain size and distribution uniformity of the rolled workpiece decreases at first and then increases.With the increasing of roller inclination angle,the overall grain size of rolled workpieces decreases at first and the then increases,and the uniformity of microstructure distribution increases at first and then decreases.The results show that the process parameters have an important influence on the microstructure uniformity and finished product quality of skew-rolled steel balls,and the experimental results are consistent with the simulation analysis,which verifies the reliability of the simulation.
