摘 要:介绍了精锻机的机械设备和锻造原理,探究了精锻机关键动作——锤头偏心锻打、夹头间歇旋转、操作机随动进给之间的协作过程,推导出锤头偏心运动的位移曲线,并合理划分了锤头锻打期和锻造间歇期。根据锻造误差计算出夹头极限旋转速度,并结合锤头锻造和夹头旋转的协作机理,提出伺服油缸速度补偿的夹头间歇旋转方法,进而分析出与精锻机锻造周期适配的补偿油缸期望运行轨迹。针对精锻机锻件变形伸长问题,提出可工程实现的操作机随动进给方法,在四锤头螺旋式锻造工艺基础上,提出可使工件圆周锻造均匀的双侧操作机最佳进给速度。最后总结了精锻机关键技术协作控制的研究思路,为后续的国产化开发和应用奠定基础。The mechanical equipment and forging principle of precision forging press were introduced,and the cooperation process between the key actions of precision forging press-eccentric forging of hammer head,intermittent rotation of chuck and manipulator follow-up feeding was discussed in detail,the displacement curve for eccentric movement of hammer head was deduced,and the forging period and forging interval period of hammer head were divided reasonably.Then,according to the forging error,the limit rotation speed of chuck was calculated,and combined with the cooperation mechanism of hammer head forging and chuck rotation,the chunk intermittent rotation method for servo cylinder speed compensation was proposed,and the expected running track of compensation cylinder suitable for the forging cycle of precision forging press was analyzed.Furthermore,for the deformation and elongation problem of forgings in precision forging press,an engineering actualized manipulator follow-up feeding method was proposed,and based on spiral forging process with four hammer heads,the optimal feeding speed of two-side manipulators was proposed,which could make the circumference of workpiece evenly forged by hammer head.Finally,the research ideas of cooperative control of the key actions for precision forging press were summarized,which could be the foundation of the subsequent development and domestic application.
