摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,“互联网+教育培训”势必将成为教育培训发展过程中的主流发展趋势。新能源发电企业的培训现状受制于培训时间、培训空间、培训地域等因素限制,极大的阻碍了行业职业教育培训的效果。本文引入了MOOC+SPOC及翻转课堂培训模式,突破了传统新能源发电行业培训的瓶颈,结合三维动画视频课程,可使学员身临其境、易学易懂,留给我们思考的是如何将“线上、线下”两种培训模式更好的相结合,希望可以为新能源发电行业创新培训工作提供有价值的参考。With the development of information technology,"Internet+education and training"is bound to become the mainstream trend in the process of education and training development.The training status of new energy power generation enterprises is limited by training time,training space,training region and other factors,which greatly hinders the effect of vocational education and training in the industry.This paper introduces MOOC+SPOC and flipped class model training mode,which breaks the bottleneck of traditional new energy power generation industry training.Combined with 3D animation video courses,students can be immersive,easy to learn and understand.What we are left to think about is how to better combine the two training modes of"online and offline".Hoping to provide valuable reference for the innovative training of the new energy power generation industry.
