摘 要:为了提高738模具钢厚板内部探伤质量,采用酸浸低倍、金相检验、原位分析等手段,对探伤缺陷处进行取样分析,结果表明钢板内部严重的成分偏析和疏松是导致探伤缺陷的主要原因。通过优化连铸和轧制工艺,738模具钢板坯的低倍质量明显改善,轧制的200 mm厚度钢板达到锻件Φ2 mm超声波探伤等级要求。In order to improve internal flaw detection quality of 738 mold steel,the sample is taken from the detected defect position and analysed by means of acid dip etching macro-examination,metallographic examination and original position analysis.The results show that severe composition segregation and looseness inside steel plate are the major causes leading to detected defect.By optimizing the continuous casting and rolling process,the macrostructure quality of 738 mold steel slab has been significantly improved,and the as-rolled 200 mm thick steel plate has reached the forgingΦ2 mm ultrasonic flaw detection level requirements.
