摘  要:在转炉生产HRB400B螺纹钢过程中,马钢通过向钢包内转炉出钢钢水兑入铁水的直接合金化工艺试验,研究铁水兑入量对钢水温降、钢水磷质量分数的影响。试验结果表明:铁水兑入量主要受铁水碳质量分数、转炉终点碳质量分数和钢水目标碳质量分数的限制。以铁水碳质量分数4.55%、转炉终点碳质量分数0.03%、钢水目标碳质量分数0.23%为限制条件时,铁水直接合金化工艺的最大兑铁量为3.1 t;每兑入0.1 t铁水,钢水温降为0.5℃,钢水增碳0.01%,其余元素增量并不明显。铁水直接合金化工艺在节约合金辅料的同时,兑入的铁水几乎完全回收,兑入铁水直接合金化工艺切实可行,综合经济效益显著。In the converter production of HRB400B rebar steel,Magang studies the effects of hot metal addition amount on the temperature drop and P content of molten steel by industrial test of the direct alloying process of adding hot metal into the converter molten steel in the ladle.The test results show that the addition amount of hot metal is mainly limited by C content in the hot metal,converter endpoint C content and target C content in molten steel.By taking C content of 4.55%in hot metal,converter endpoint C content of 0.03%and target C content in molten steel as limiting condition,the max.hot metal addition amount of direct alloying process is 3.1 t.For every 0.1 t addition of hot metal,the molten steel temperature drops by 0.5℃,the C content in molten steel increases by 0.01%and the content increment of other elements is not obvious.The direct alloying process of hot metal addition can not only save the alloy auxiliary materials′consumption,but also enable almost 100%recycling of added hot metal,which proves the applicability of direct alloying process of hot metal addition with significant comprehensive economic benefits.
