摘 要:某钢厂针对抗拉强度上限低于650 MPa的钢带建立生产工艺智能生成模型。首先对近3-5年内钢种的成分、工艺、性能数据进行统计回归分析,建立钢种的成分含量平均值、轧制工艺参数与力学性能指标平均值的定量关系方程;然后根据方程建立钢种成分、轧制工艺的智能设计模型,模型可计算出不同的钢种成分、操作工艺下轧材的力学性能值;最后将客户要求或标准范围内钢种成分输入模型,由模型遵循成本最优化、力学性能满足要求的原则,从中优先输出合金成本最低的宽带钢生产工艺方案并下发至生产厂执行。计算机模型的计算速度快、效率高,有助于实现减少技术人员劳动量、提高自动化水平并降低合金成本的目的。An intelligent model generating production process for strip steel of tensile strength below 650 MPa is established by a steelworks.Firstly,statistical regression analysis is carried out on the composition,process and properties data of steel grades in the past 3 to 5 years,and the quantitative relationhship equation of average composition content value,rolling process parameters and average values of mechanical properties indicators for the steel grades is established.Then,an intelligent design model for steel grade composition and rolling process is established based on the equation.The model can calculate the mechanical properties of rolled materials under different steel grade compositions and operating processes;Finally,after inputting the steel composition required by the customer or within the standard range into the model,the model follows the principles of cost optimization and mechanical properties meeting the requirements,and outputs the wide strip steel production process plan with the lowest alloy cost with priority and issues it to the production plant for execution.The rapid computing speed and high efficiency of the computor model contribute to the realization of the labour load reduction of the technical personnel,automation level improvement and alloy cost reduction.
