摘  要:轧辊倾斜是消除板材轧制过程中镰刀弯的常用手段。采用轧机前、后侧导板对镰刀弯进行测量,以轧件侧弯曲率半径R为中间变量,建立轧辊倾斜量定量模型。模型首先给定一个轧辊初始倾斜方向,使得轧辊小幅倾斜,随后根据镰刀弯增大或缩小的发展趋势,识别出轧辊的正确倾斜方向。最后根据建立的自学习模型,对轧辊初始倾斜方向进行自学习,最终实现镰刀弯的自动检测和控制,其投资及控制成本近乎为零,易于推广应用。Roll tilting is a common approach to eliminate the camber of steel plate.The quantitative model of roll tilting amount is established by measuring the camber with the side guides at mill entry and exit and taking the side curvature ratio of the rolling piece as intermediate variable.A slight tilting of the roll is enabled by defining initial tilting direction of the roll,the right tilting direction of the roll is determined by means of detecting the development trend of the camber increasing or decreasing.Self learning of roll initial tilting direction and automatic detection and control of camber are finally realized by the established self learning model,which is easily promoted with nearly zero investment and control cost.
