摘 要:空气源热泵在集中空调体系中运行能耗数据异常分析受到夏季和冬季气流影响,造成能耗数据异常分析结果不精准。针对该问题,提出基于数值模拟的运行能耗数据异常分析方法。根据气流运动产生的能量守恒定律构建连续性方程,通过数值模拟获取夏季和冬季气体流动参数。分析热泵机组热负荷、冷负荷、耗电量异常因素,根据空气源热泵结构计算异常数据聚合度,构建能耗数据异常甄别模型。计算数据曲线斜率变化速率,甄别能耗数据异常情况,搭建空调实验室,统计实际能耗异常数据。通过实验对比结果可知,所研究数值模拟方法与实际异常能耗数据基本一致,具有精准分析效果。As the analysis on energy consumption data anomaly of air source heat pump in central air conditioning system is influenced by summer and winter airflow,which results in inaccurate results,an anomaly analysis method based on numerical simulation is proposed.The continuity equation is constructed according to the law of conservation of energy produced by air flow.The gas flow parameters in summer and winter are obtained by numerical simulation.The abnormal factors of heat load,cold load and power consumption of heat pump unit are analyzed.The abnormal data aggregation degree is calculated according to the structure of air source heat pump,and the model of the abnormal energy consumption data recognition is established.The velocity rate of curve slope change of data is calculated to identify abnormal energy consumption data.The laboratory of air conditioner was built to collect the abnormal data of energy consumption.The experimental comparison results show that the data got by numerical simulation method studied in this paper is basically consistent with the actual abnormal energy consumption data,and the analysis effect of the method is excellent.
