摘　　要：基于国家相关法律法规对地质资料和档案内涵的界定,系统分析了地质资料形成的特点,认为地质资料着重业务成果,可实现成果共享和服务;地质档案着重过程原始记录,可实现历史溯源。综合分析认为,地质资料属于完整意义上地质档案的组成部分,其本身具有明显的档案属性,档案管理法规体系比较完善,因此可以参照档案法规对地质资料进行管理,并提出了加强地质资料档案化管理的相关建议。Based on the definition of geological data and archives in national laws and regulations,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the formation of geological data,and believes that geological data focuses on business results,which can realizes results sharing and service.Geological archives focus on the original records of process,which can achieve historical traceability;Through comprehensive analysis,it is believed that geological data is a part of geological archives in a broad sense,and geological data itself has archival attributes.The system of archives management laws and regulations is relatively perfect.Therefore,geological data can be managed by referring to archives laws and regulations,and relevant suggestions on strengthening the archival management of geological data are put forward.
