甘肃省新型城镇化与土地利用碳排放安全耦合关系研究

摘　　要：新型城镇化与土地利用碳排放安全密切相关,对区域可持续发展影响巨大。本文以甘肃省为研究对象,利用多因素综合评价模型对研究区14个地州市2010—2020年新型城镇化水平与土地利用碳排放安全进行测度,并基于耦合协调度模型对二者的耦合关系进行探讨。结果表明:①2010—2020年,甘肃省新型城镇化水平总体偏低并呈波动上升趋势,但各地州市发展水平差异增大,空间不平衡性显著。②2010—2020年,甘肃省土地利用碳排放安全向好发展,由不安全状态向临界安全过渡,各地州市的土地利用碳排放安全水平变化平稳,不安全与临界安全占主导地位。③甘肃省新型城镇化与土地利用碳排放安全达到高水平耦合状态,协调度由轻度失调向勉强协调递进,新型城镇化建设与土地利用碳排放安全的良性发展局面正逐步形成。New urbanization is closely related to the safety of carbon emissions from land use,and has a great impact on regional sustainable development.This paper takes Gansu as the research object,uses the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model to measure the level of new urbanization and the safety of land use carbon emissions in 14 prefectures and cities in the study area from 2010 to 2020,and discusses the coupling relationship between the two based on the coupling coordination model.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the overall level of new urbanization in Gansu was low and showed a fluctuating upward trend,but the development level of various prefectures and cities increased,and the spatial imbalance was significant.(2)From 2010 to 2020,the safety of land use carbon emissions in Gansu developed well and transited from unsafe state to critical safety.The change of carbon emission safety level of land use in various prefectures and cities was stable,and unsafe and critical safety were dominant.(3)The new urbanization and land use carbon emission safety in Gansu have reached a high level of coupling state,the degree of coordination has progressed from mild imbalance to reluctant coordination,and the benign development of new urbanization construction and land use carbon emission safety is gradually taking shape.
