城市居民垃圾分类投放行为意向影响因素研究

摘　　要：为提升居民垃圾分类投放行为意向,整合TPB和VBN理论,从利益和责任视角共同探索影响垃圾分类投放行为意向的因素。结果表明:整合了TPB和VBN理论的假设模型在适配度和对垃圾分类投放行为意向的解释力度方面都要高于单独的TPB和VBN模型;居民垃圾分类投放的行为意向受到利益因素和责任因素的共同影响,但利益因素中主观规范的直接影响并不显著;同时利益因素的直接影响要高于责任因素。最后,从感知利益提升和责任意识加强两方面入手给出提升居民垃圾分类投放行为意向的管理建议。Influencing factors of behavioral intention of garbage classification are studied with TPB and VBN theories from the perspective of benefit and responsibility to improve residents*behavioral intention of garbage classification and dumping.The results show that the hypothesis model integrating TPB and VBN theories is better than the TPB and VBN model alone in terms of fitaess and explanation of the behavioral intention of garbage classification and dumping that is affected by both benefit and responsibility fectors,but the direct impact of subjective norms in benefit factor on behavioral intention is not significant,while the direct influence of benefit factor is higher than that of responsibility factor.Countenneasures are proposed to improve residentsJ behavioral intentions of garbage classification and dumping by enhancing perceived benefits and responsibility awareness.
