摘  要:近年来,农产品安全问题不断显现,加之民众食品安全意识不断提高,使得农产品的质量安全问题再次受到审视。粮食从田野到餐桌全过程的任意环节监管不到位都有可能发生农产品安全事件,由此产生的风险对人们产生了深远的影响,成为了舆论的焦点。基于LDA模型的构建,对网络爬取的“镉大米”质量安全事件媒体新闻报道资料进行文本挖掘分析,从供应链视角识别出农产品安全事件风险主题并进行统计。结果表明,源头风险始终是事件风险监控的重点环节。In recent years,the quality and safety of agricultural products have been spotiighted because of the increasing safety problems of agricultural products and the continuous improvement of people*s awareness of food safety.Agricultural product safety risks may occur if the supervision of any link in the whole process of grain from field to table is not in place,which has attached public attention and imposes a far-reaching impact on the society.Text mining and analysis on the media news reports of“cadmium rice”incident are conducted with LDA model.The risk themes of agricultural product safety incidents are counted from the perspective of supply chain.The result shows that the source risk is always the focus of event risk monitoring.
