摘  要:结合某铁矿大空区胶结充填处理实际,分析了大空区的充填特点,提出了大空区胶结充填体的薄饼结构概念。运用结构力学方法分析了薄饼充填结构充填体的稳定性;考虑层间弱面结构作用,运用FLAC3D数值分析软件分析了薄饼充填结构假顶首层充填高度对假顶稳定性的影响,得到结论:由于薄饼充填结构的层间弱面作用,用较高强度的充填料充填大空区既无必要,也不科学,可以固化稳定充填料浆为目的,采用较低的强度充填。Combined with the practice of cemented filling treatment in a large goaf of an iron mine,the filling characteristics of the large goaf are analyzed,and the concept of thin cake structure of cemented filling body in the large goaf is proposed.The stability of the filling body of the pancake filling structure was analyzed by structural mechanics method.Considering the effect of interlayer weak surface,FLAC3D numerical analysis software is used to analyze the influence of the first layer filling height of the false roof of the pancake filling structure on the stability of the false roof.The results show that due to the weak surface effect between the layers of the pancake filling structure,it is neither necessary nor scientific to fill the large empty area with a higher strength filling material.For the purpose of curing and stabilizing the filling slurry,alower strength filling can be used.
