联结基团长度对双酯Gemini季铵盐的捕收性能影响

摘　　要：通过浮选试验、表面张力、接触角、Zeta电位测试、分子动力学模拟,探究3种双酯Gemini季铵盐捕收剂(DQAS2、DQAS4、DQAS6)的联结基团长度对其捕收性能的影响。结果表明,与十二胺盐酸盐(DDAH)相比,自制捕收剂在较宽的pH值(3~11)范围内对石英有更好的捕收能力,捕收剂浓度为5×10^(-6)mol/L时,石英的上浮率依次为DQAS4(67.57%)>DQAS2(58.42%)>DQAS6(38.24%);双酯Gemini季铵盐捕收剂对石英表面润湿性改变由强到弱依次为DQAS4>DQAS2>DQAS6;捕收剂的表面活性大小为DQAS4>DQAS6>DQAS2;Zeta电位测试结果表明DQAS4与DQAS2在石英表面吸附较强;分子动力学模拟的结果表明双酯Gemini季铵盐DQAS4与石英表面相互作用能最强。因此,中间长度联结基团的双酯Gemini季铵盐DQAS4具有更优的表面物化性能和捕收性能。The effects of the length of the linkage groups of three homemade diester Gemini quaternary ammonium salt traps(DQAS2,DQAS4 and DQAS6)on the flotation performance of the traps were investigated by single mineral flotation tests,surface tension tests,contact angle and zeta potential measurement tests of quartz.The results showed that compared with dodecylamine hydrochloride(DDAH),the homemade trap had better trapping ability for quartz in a wider pH range(3-11),and the flotation rate of quartz was DQAS4(67.57%)>DQAS2(58.42%)>DQAS6(38.24%)in order at the trap concentration of 5×10^(-6)mol/L;the diester Gemini quaternary ammonium trap can significantly improve the hydrophobicity of quartz surface,from strong to weak DQAS4>DQAS2>DQAS6;according to the nature of CMC,the activity size of trap is DQAS4>DQAS6>DQAS2;the zeta potential test results show that DQAS4 and DQAS2 adsorb more strongly on the quartz surface;the molecular dynamics simulation of The results show that the diester Gemini quaternary ammonium salt DQAS4 has the strongest interaction energy with the quartz surface.Therefore,the diester Gemini quaternary ammonium salt DQAS4 with intermediate length linkage groups has better surface physical and chemical properties and flotation performance.
