摘 要:为了探究磁化药剂在浮选过程中对气泡特性的影响,在自行设计的底吹气泡水槽中,以底部产生的气泡为研究对象,通过高速摄影仪获取不同磁化处理条件下产生的气泡图像,经一系列处理后获得二值化图像,通过对气泡分类得到单气泡和粘连气泡,设置圆形度阈值筛选出符合实际的气泡,并提取气泡面积、直径和周长等参数。研究结果表明,对油酸钠的磁化处理可以改变气泡的尺寸分布、气泡形状及上升速度。在磁感应强度为150 m T时,气泡直径集中分布在0~1 mm区间,并且Sauter直径由0.71 mm降低为0.65 mm。圆形度C和变形系数E接近1,气泡更加接近规则的球型,气泡上升过程中形变量小,气泡更不易变形。对上升气泡的速度分析,磁化后气泡平均速度增大并具有离散性。In order to explore the influence of magnetization agent on the characteristics of bubbles during flotation,in the self-designed bottom blowing bubble tank,the bubbles generated at the bottom were taken as the research object,and the bubbles generated under different magnetization treatment conditions were obtained by high-speed camera Bubble image,after a series of image processing,binary image is obtained,single bubble and adhesion bubble are obtained by classifying bubbles,the circularity threshold is set to screen out the actual bubbles,and the bubble area,diameter,perimeter and other parameters are extracted.The results show that the magnetization of sodium can change the size distribution,shape and rising speed of bubbles.When the magnetic induction intensity is 150 mT,the bubble diameter is concentrated in the 0~1 mm range,and the Sauter diameter is reduced from 0.71 mm to 0.65 mm.The circularity C and deformation coefficient E are close to 1,the bubble is closer to the regular spherical shape,the deformation variable is small during the bubble rising,and the bubble is less likely to deform.For the velocity analysis of rising bubbles,the instantaneous velocity of the bubbles after magnetization is more discrete.
