摘  要:柴达木盆地某金矿石属于微细粒-超微细粒浸染型含碳、砷的极难处理金矿,面临金精矿Au品位低、Au回收率难提升的技术难题。在矿石性质研究的基础上,引入新型捕收剂EMB-506、绿色高效抑制剂EMY-515及新型起泡剂EMP-01,并在新药剂体系下开展了浮选提质降杂试验,通过单矿物浮选试验、吸附量测试和红外光谱等测试手段,表征抑制剂EMY-515的选择性作用机理。在原矿Au品位为2.41 g/t时,采用新药剂,通过1粗2精3扫浮选闭路流程,可以获得Au品位33.97 g/t、Au回收率87.73%的金精矿,新药剂浮选体系“提质降杂”效果显著。新型抑制剂EMY-515的加入会使得载金矿物和脉石矿物出现较大的可浮性差异;EMY-515在脉石矿物表面的吸附量远大于载金矿物;EMY-515在绿泥石表面的吸附是发生了与—COOH有关的化学吸附,而在毒砂表面的吸附能力弱,发生物理作用,因此不影响毒砂上浮。新药剂预期实现成果转化后,还可在我国类似金矿推广,经济效益、社会效益和生态效益显著。The gold ore in the Qaidam Basin belongs to a fine-grained-ultrafine-grained disseminated gold ore containing carbon and arsenic,which is difficult to be processedd.It is faced with the technical problems of low Au grade of gold concentrate and difficult to improve recovery the rate of Au.In order to solve these problems,based on the study of ore properties,a new collector EMB-506,a green and efficient depressant EMY-515 and a new foaming agent EMP-01 were added.The flotation quality improvement and impurity reduction tests were carried out under the new agent system.The selective action mechanism of depressant EMY-515 was characterized by single mineral flotation tests,adsorption capacity tests and infrared spectroscopy tests..Gold concentrate with Au grade of 33.97 g/t and Au recovery of 87.73%can be obtained by using the new agent through the closed-circuit flotation process of"once roughing,twice cleaning,three times scavenging"when the raw Au grade is 2.41 g/t.The flotation test results show that the new reagent flotation system has remarkable effect of"improving quality and reducing impurity".The addition of a new depressant,EMY-515,results in a large difference in floatability between gold-bearing minerals and gangue minerals.The adsorption capacity of EMY-515 on gangue mineral surface is much higher than that of gold-bearing minerals.The adsorption of EMY-515 on the surface of chlorite is a chemical adsorption related to—COOH,while the adsorption capacity on the surface of arsenopyrite is weak and physical effect occurs,so it does not affect the flotation of arsenopyrite.The new agent is expected to be promoted in similar gold mines in China with significant economic,social and ecological benefits.
