摘  要:钢铁厂在生产过程中产生的大量含铁固废可以作为原料通过冷固球团工艺返回高炉进行回收利用。以处理后的冷轧油泥(CRS)替代黏结剂,将氧化铁皮(MS)、瓦斯灰(GA)和除尘灰(DA)制备成高强度复合冷固球团。结果表明,当添加剂选用柠檬酸,配加比例为CRS的20%,CRS、MS、GA和DA的配比为10∶20∶30∶40,成型压力为50k N,100℃下干燥6 h后可得到强度满足生产需求的成品球团。背散射分析结果表明,添加了柠檬酸处理后的球团内部的孔隙和裂纹显著减少,原料分布更加均匀、结合更加紧密。机理分析表明,添加剂的加入一方面可以对球团内部的孔隙产生一定的填充作用,降低球团内部特定区间内孔隙的孔体积量,这有利于提高球团的性能。另一方面也会在球团干燥过程中使球团内局部形成一定数量的收缩孔,降低球团性能。因此,当选取了合适的添加剂用量时,添加剂在球团内所产生的填充效应和收缩效应对球团性能的提升作用达到了一个平衡,从而使球团内部的孔隙分布特征整体上得以改善,球团的强度相应提高。研究结果对钢铁行业产生的部分固体废物进行了回收利用,避免了固废排放造成的资源浪费和环境污染等问题。A great deal of ferrous solid waste is generated in the production process of iron and steel plants.It can be used as materials to be returned to the blast furnace by cold-bonded pellets process.In this study,the treated cold-rolling sludge(CRS)was used to replace the binder,and the mill scale(MS),gas ash(GA)and dust ash(DA)were prepared into high-strength composite cold-bonded pellets.The results show that when the additive is citric acid,the compounding ratio is 20%of CRS,the ratio of CRS,MS,GA and DA is 10∶20∶30∶40,the molding pressure is 50 kN,and after drying at 100℃for 6 hours,the finished pellets with strength that meets the production requirements can be obtained.Backscatter analysis shows that the pores and cracks inside the pellets treated with citric acid were significantly reduced,and the distribution of raw materials was more uniform and the combination was tighter.Further test results show that the addition of the additive have a certain filling effect on the pores inside the pellet,and reduce the pore volume of the pores in a specific interval inside the pellet,which is beneficial to improve the performance of the pellets.On the other hand,a certain number of shrinkage pores will be formed locally in the pellet during the drying process of the pellet,which will reduce the performance of the pellet.Therefore,when an appropriate amount of additive is selected,the filling effect and shrinkage effect of the additive in the pellets can achieve a balance in improving the performance of the pellets.As a result,the pore distribution characteristics inside the pellets are improved as a whole,and the strength of the pellets is correspondingly improved.In this study,a part of the solid waste generated by the steel industry was recycled to avoid resource waste and environmental pollution caused by solid waste discharge.
