摘 要:为研究氧含量对新柏煤矿5煤自燃特性的影响,把煤样放置于氧浓度为8%、12%、16%以及21%的条件下,进行煤样程序升温实验,研究煤在氧化过程中不同气体的CO产生率、浓度规律、耗氧速率、CO_(2)产生率及放热强度。研究表明,氧浓度的减少会导致煤氧化过程中的各气体浓度、CO产生率和CO_(2)产生率出现显著的降低,其随着温度的升高整体表现为类指数规律上升,整体排序21%>16%>12%>8%;不同氧气浓度下耗氧速率和放热强度随温度的变化图相似,均在达到180℃后,高氧浓度的耗氧速率和放热强度显著大于低氧浓度。高氧浓度促进新柏煤矿5煤的氧化发展,而低氧浓度则对氧化发展产生抑制作用。To study the effect of oxygen content on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal 5 in Xinbai Coal Mine,the coal sample was placed under the condition of oxygen concentration of 8%,12%,16%and 21%to conduct the heating experiment of coal sample,and study the CO production rate,concentration rule,oxygen consumption rate,CO_(2) production rate and heat release intensity of different gases in the oxidation process of coal.The results show that the reduction of oxygen concentration will lead to a significant reduction of gas concentration,CO production rate and CO_(2) production rate during coal oxidation,and the increase of temperature is 21%>16%>12%>8%;oxygen concentration is similar after reaching 180℃than the low oxygen concentration.High oxygen concentration promotes the oxidation development of 5 coal in Xinbai Coal Mine,while low oxygen concentration suppresses the oxidation development.
