摘 要:本研究介绍了一种适用于五轴数控机床的综合误差补偿系统,可在数控加工过程中实现对误差的实时补偿,进一步提高加工精度。文章首先基于原点偏移补偿原理设计了综合误差实时补偿方案,以温度数据和位置参数作为输入变量,用误差模型处理后输出补偿量,控制器根据该补偿量向伺服系统发送控制指令,调节运动轴,达到提升加工精度的目的。文章在介绍系统硬件结构与软件开发的基础上,以QLM27100-5X五轴数控机床作为实验对象,开展了综合误差补偿实验。结果表明,经过误差补偿后,数控机床在X、Y、Z三个方向上的热误差均有不同程度的减小,达到了设计预期。This research introduces a comprehensive error compensation system suitable for five-axis CNC machine tools,which can realize real-time error compensation in the process of CNC machining,and further improve the machining accuracy.Firstly,based on the origin offset compensation principle,a real-time compensation scheme for comprehensive error is designed.The temperature data and position parameters are taken as input variables,and the compensation amount is output after processing with the error model.According to the compensation amount,the controller sends control instructions to the servo system to adjust the motion axis,so as to improve the machining accuracy.On the basis of introducing the hardware structure and software development of the system,this paper takes QLM27100-5X five-axis CNC machine tool as the experimental object to carry out the comprehensive error compensation experiment.The results show that after error compensation,the thermal errors of NC machine tools in X,Y and Z directions are reduced to different degrees,and the design expectation is achieved.
