摘  要:隧道初期支护大变形控制技术一直是软岩隧道设计及施工中面临的重要技术难题,围岩以炭质千枚岩为主的隧道极易发生初支大变形的情况。为此,本文以梦笔山隧道炭质千枚岩段初支大变形施工为依托工程,通过分析炭质千枚岩的工程特性,结合不同支护支护参数下变形控制效果,系统的分析了隧道大变形的原因。根据实际工程特性,通过改变开挖方式,同时优化支护结构提高支护强度,并结合监控量测数据分析加大预留变量等一系列技术措施,有效的控制了围岩大变形。以上控制措施在梦笔山隧道炭质千枚岩大变形段施工中得到较好的验证,有效的保证了隧道施工的安全、质量和进度要求,并为类似隧道工程提供了参考借鉴作用。The control technology of large deformation of tunnel initial support has always been an important technical problem in the design and construction of soft rock tunnels.The tunnel with carbonaceous phyllite as the main surrounding rock is prone to large deformation of initial support.Therefore,based on the large deformation construction of the initial support of carbonaceous phyllite section of Mengbishan Tunnel,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of large deformation of the tunnel by analyzing the engineering characteristics of carbonaceous phyllite and combining the deformation control effect under different supporting parameters.According to the actual engineering characteristics,a series of technical measures,such as changing the excavation method,optimizing the supporting structure to improve the supporting strength,and combining with the monitoring data analysis to increase the reserved variables,have effectively controlled the large deformation of surrounding rock.The above control measures have been well verified in the construction of large deformation section of carbonaceous phyllite in Mengbishan tunnel,which effectively ensures the safety,quality and progress requirements of tunnel construction,and provides reference for similar tunnel projects.
