摘  要:随着快递行业的快速发展,快递企业单处理中心模式已无法满足多种快递产品的处理需求。同时,同城快递与跨城快递独立配送模式导致城市物流末端配送资源利用率低。为建立高效的城市快件配送网络,本文分析现有配送系统及多产品需求特点,设计了服务多种产品的同城-跨城配送相融合的城市配送网络,构建了多中心-两级配送-环线配送网络车辆路径优化模型,并建立以系统车辆路径总成本最小和快递包裹配送总时间最少的多目标数学优化模型。结果表明该模型能够有效区分各快递产品,降低处理中心的工作压力,缩短快递包裹平均配送时间,从而提高末端配送效率和资源利用率。针对该模型,采用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对其进行求解,结合算例验证了模型及算法的实用性与有效性。With the coordinated development of the express industry and e-commerce,the explosive growth of express parcel volume and the diversity of express product types make the single processing center model of express companies unable to meet the processing needs of various express products.In addition,the volume of intra-city express parcels also shows a continuous growth trend.However,the timeliness of intra-city express and the utilization rate of urban logistics resources are not considered simultaneously in the current delivery model.Therefore,it is necessary to build an efficient urban express delivery network so as to reduce the workload of the processing center,improve the delivery timeliness of express products,and fully use the urban logistics resources.Based on the analysis of the existing delivery system and related literature,it is found that:(1)The current researches on the two-echelon vehicle routing problem are mainly based on the situation of a single type of express product,and the multi-product twoechelon vehicle routing problem is rarely studied.However,in the operations of express companies,the multi-product two-echelon vehicle routing problem is closer to the actual operation situation.(2)Most of the existing logistics networks of express companies have only one processing center,which undertakes the responsibility of processing multiple express products,resulting in low processing efficiency and low differentiation between products.In order to deal with this problem,it is an effective measure to set up processing centers according to product types,namely multi-processing centers.(3)Most researches on intra-city express delivery consider intracity delivery requirements alone,and few scholars combine it with inter-city express delivery requirement,which fails to achieve the coordinated delivery of intra-city express and inter-city express,leading to a low utilization rate of urban logistics resources and negative externalities to the urban environment.For filling the gaps,this paper designs an urba
