摘 要:本研究建立常温冷溶消化-原子荧光光谱快速测定土壤中总汞的方法,采用逆王水(浓盐酸与浓硝酸体积比1∶3)常温冷溶消化处理样品,经原子荧光光谱进行检测。结果表明,当试样称样量为0.25 g,定容体积为25 mL时,总汞的检出限为0.000113 mg/kg,方法线性范围为0.0~1.0μg/L,线性相关系数为0.9999。3个不同质量浓度水平的精密度介于2.95%~6.69%,加标回收率为94.7%~103.8%,准确度符合质控样要求。本方法操作简便、检测效率高、检测速度快、检出限低,适用于土壤中总汞的测定。In this study,a rapid method for determining total mercury in soil is established by cold solution digestion at room temperature-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and samples are treated with cold solution digestion at room temperature of reverse aqua regia(volume ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid to concentrated nitric acid is 1∶3),and then detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results show that when the sample weight is 0.25 g and the constant volume is 25 mL,the detection limit of total mercury is 0.000113 mg/kg,and the linear range of the method is 0.0~1.0μg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The precision of the three different mass concentration levels is 2.95%~6.69%,and the recovery rate for spiking is 94.7%~103.8%,the accuracy meets the requirements for quality control samples.This method is simple to operate,has high detection efficiency,fast detection speed,and low detection limit,and is suitable for the determination of total mercury in soil.
