摘　　要：水土流失对生态环境、社会经济等方面危害巨大,为落实可持续发展战略,要重视水土流失问题,加大水土保持力度,采取科学有效的综合防治措施。本文以雅鲁藏布江贡嘎段流域为研究区,实地考察水土流失现状,分析水土流失成因,最后提出综合防治措施。诱发研究区水土流失的因素分为自然因素及人为因素,前者包括地形地貌、气候和土壤等,后者包括过度放牧和垃圾堆积等。为了综合防治水土流失,要建设和维护预防工程,做好分区治理,加强水土保持监管,推进水土保持信息化建设,增建垃圾处理设施。Soil erosion poses great harm to the ecological environment,social economy and other aspects,in order to implement sustainable development strategies,it is necessary to pay attention to soil erosion issues,increase soil and water conservation eflorts,and adopt scientific and effective comprehensive control measures.Taking Gongga section watershed of Yarlung Zangbo River as the study area,this paper investigates the soil erosion status,analyzes the causes of soil erosion,and finally proposes comprehensive control measures.The factors that induce soil erosion in the study area are divided into natural factors and human factors,the former includes terrain,climate and soil,while the latter includes overgrazing and garbage accumulation.In order to comprehensively control soil erosion,it is necessary to construct and maintain prevention projects,carry out zoning management,strengthen supervision of soil and water conservation,promote information technology construction of soil and water conservation,and increase the construction of garbage treatment facilities.
