摘　　要：厨余垃圾处理是生活垃圾分类处理的重要环节。本文结合湖南省厨余垃圾处理现状,计算其厨余垃圾资源量,分析地级市(州)及典型县(县级市)的厨余垃圾处理模式,以期为湖南省城市厨余垃圾处理项目建设提供参考。Kitchen waste treatment is an important link in the classification and treatment of domestic waste.Combined with the current situation of kitchen waste treatment in Hunan Province,this paper calculates its kitchen waste resources,analyzes the kitchen waste treatment mode of prefecture level cities(prefectures)and typical counties(county-level cities),with a view to providing reference for the construction of urban kitchen waste treatment projects in Hunan Province.
