摘  要:某钞票纸厂废水先进行生化处理,后进行深度处理,出水达到中水回用标准。本试验采用臭氧-生物活性炭法,提出“臭氧+活性炭生物滤池+纤维转盘滤池”的组合工艺,对钞票纸厂废水进行深度处理。试验结果表明,该工艺可以明显削减造纸废水的化学需氧量(COD)和悬浮物(SS)含量,COD从77.2 mg/L下降到28.8 mg/L,而SS从18.8 mg/L下降到4.5 mg/L,完全达到企业中水回用的标准。The wastewater from a banknote paper mill is subject to biochemical treatment before advanced treatment,and the effluent meets the reclaimed water reuse standard.This experiment adopts the ozone-biological activated carbon method,and proposes a combined process of“ozone+activated carbon biological filter+fiber rotary disk filter”for advanced treatment of banknote paper mill wastewater.The experimental results show that this process can significantly reduce the chemical oxygen demand(COD)and suspended solids(SS)content of papermaking wastewater,COD decreases from 77.2 mg/L to 28.8 mg/L,while SS decreases from 18.8 mg/L to 4.5 mg/L,fully meeting the standards for reclaimed water reuse in enterprises.
