摘 要:20世纪30年代,津浦铁路为解决蒸汽机车锅炉用水的水质问题,对沿线站点用水的水质软化进行了一系列实验和论证,其中金允文的实验最具代表性。文章以金允文两次实验为重点,根据相关技术人员的实验报告和历次设备改造公告、规章制度等文献材料,对津浦铁路在水软化技术上的研究与技术改造进行探讨。可以发现,金允文的实验技术路线严格,工作具有科学性和可操作性。他的工作使津浦铁路避免了重复投资等问题。津浦铁路的水软化实验是铁路技术在中国本土化过程中的典型案例,具有重要价值和积极意义。During the 1930s,in order to solve the water quality problem of the Tientsin–Pukow Railway,its management and locomotive maintenance departments conducted a series of experiments and demonstrations on the water softening,and these works were the most representative of Jin Yunwen’s experiments.Based on the experimental reports of Tientsin–Pukow Railway technicians,previous equipment upgrading announcements,and rules of the Tientsin–Pukow Railway,this study examines the research and technological transformation of the Tientsin–Pukow Railway in water softening technology.It can be found that the strictness and cost of the water softening experiments are the biggest differences between the Tientsin–Pukow Railway and other railway branches under The Railway Ministry,and these are also important factors for the Tientsin-Pukow Railway to avoid problems such as repeated investment.
