摘　　要：针刺量-效关系成形于《黄帝内经》,其媒介逐渐由主观定性发展为客观定量,最初将针感有无作为针刺起效的主观定性标准,并沿用至今;随之出现的区分类型及程度的针感量表,标志由定性向定量的升级。《黄帝内经》通过监测脉象大小判断针刺起效,展现出朴素的客观定量思想,最终发展为基于现代科学技术的客观量化指标,间接体现针刺量-效关系,并为针刺疾病谱和机制的探索提供证据。自石学敏院士明确“针刺手法量学”概念之始成为系统研究,直至近年来手法参数仪器的问世,使得针刺量-效关系逐渐可视、科学。针刺须本于“治神”方能显效。针刺治疗量是介于最小针刺有效治疗量与针刺极量的一个区间,当此区间内某治疗量达到感觉产生阈值时,针感得以体现。新型针刺法虽未有针感产生,但治疗量已达最小针刺有效治疗量,西方针刺研究所设治疗量多低于最小针刺有效治疗量。目前这一区间的界定有待进一步开展针刺量学的基础和临床研究。The medium of acupuncture quantity-effect relationship has gradually developed from subjective quantity to objective quantity.Originally,the presence or absence of needle sensation was used as the subjective qualitative standard of acupuncture effect,which has been used until now.As a result,the needle sensation scale,which distinguishes the type and degree,has been upgraded from qualitative assessment to quantitative assessment.In Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal,the effect of acupuncture was judged by monitoring the size of pulse,which showed a simple objective quantitative idea,and finally developed into an objective quantitative index based on modern science and technology,indirectly reflected the acupuncture quantity-effect relationship,and provided evidence for the exploration of disease spectrum and mechanism of acupuncture.The thinking of acupuncture quantity-dose effect relationship was formed in Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal.It has been studied systematically since academician SHI Xuemin made clear the concept of‘acupuncture manipulation metrology’.Until the advent of manipulation parameter instruments in recent years,the acupuncture quantity-effect relationship became visible and scientific.The amount of acupuncture treatment quantity is a range between the minimum effective amount of acupuncture and the maximum amount of acupuncture,which can be effective only by‘treating Shen’.When a certain amount of treatment in this range reaches the threshold of sensation,the needle sensation can be reflected.Although the new acupuncture method has no needle sensation,the treatment amount has reached the minimum effective acupuncture treatment amount,and the treatment amount set by Western acupuncture research institutes is mostly lower than the minimum effective acupuncture treatment amount.At present,the definition of this interval needs further confirmation by basic and clinical research on acupuncture metrology.
