基于药症相应探讨历代本草辨治健忘思路

摘　　要：目的:基于药症相应,探讨历代本草文献中关于健忘辨治的思路,以指导临床辨治用药。方法:检索《中华医典》数据库中本草类的全部文献数据,收集整理健忘辨治的本草信息。对筛选纳入的本草进行著作收录频次统计。以健忘辨治病机要素进行分类统计,提取各类本草的辨治论述内容。结果:在76部历代本草专著中,筛选出39味本草中药。在筛选本草被收录频次中,居前10位者,依次为远志、石菖蒲、茯神、黄连、茯苓、山药、牛黄、人参、淫羊藿、木通。在以健忘为辨治病机要素的本草分类中,可划分为神浮、火扰、浊阻、郁滞、正虚五类病机要素。结论:健忘辨治用药以安神药、泻火药、化浊药、解郁药、补虚药为主,且互相联合运用;安神定志、补虚泻实、整体辨治为健忘辨治3大特点,符合神志失守、正虚邪实、五脏相通的生理功能紊乱状态。Objective:To discuss the thinking of differentiating and treating amnesia in literature of materia medica in the past dynasties based on the correspondence of medicinal and symptoms,so as to guide the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The literature data of materia medica in the database of Chinese Medical Dictionary was retrieved,the information of about differentiating and treating amnesia was collected and the frequency of the selected works of materia medica was counted.According to the classification and statistics of the pathogenesis elements of amnesia,the contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment with various medicinal were extracted.Results:In 76 monographs on materia medica in the past dynasties,39 herbal medicines were selected.The top ten herbs were Polygala tenuifolia,Acorus tatarinowii,Poria cum Lingo Hospite,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,Dioscorea opposita,Calculus bovis,Ginseng,Epimedium brevicornum and Akebia stem.In the classification of materia medica,the pathogenesis factors of amnesia can be divided into five categories,that is,Shen floating,fire disturbance,turbid obstruction,Qi stagnation and healthy-Qi deficiency.Conclusion:Amnesia is mainly treated with Chinese medicinal with actions of tranquilizing Shen,clearing heat,resolving turbidity,relieving depression and tonifying deficiency,which are used in combination with each other.Tranquilizing Shen,tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,and comprehensive treatment are the three treatment characteristics of amnesia,which are in line with the physiological dysfunction state of losing consciousness,deficiency of vital-Qi and excess of pathogenic factors,and intercommunication of five viscera.
