摘  要:以广西柳州市笋用麻竹林为试验研究对象,采用随机取样法,分析麻竹笋出笋规律以及产量变化,结果表明:麻竹出笋时间可持续4个月左右;麻竹出笋数量与竹笋产量随时间变化均呈现为“少—多—少”的趋势,其中7月份出笋数量以及竹笋产量均达最大值,分别占总出笋量、总产量的41%和48%,其次是8月份,分别占38%、34%;不同采收高度的麻竹笋单株质量也均在7月达最大值。根据研究结果可将麻竹出笋期分为出笋初期(6月)、出笋盛期(7—8月)、出笋末期(9月)3个时期。试验结果可为制定科学合理的麻竹笋采集管理措施提供依据。The paper takes Dendrocalamus latiflorus forest that is used for bamboo shoot production in Liuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,to analyze the rule of the change in bamboo shoot emergence and yield by using the random sampling method.The results show that the D.latiflorus shooting period can last for up to 4 months,and both the number of bamboo shoots and the yield of the bamboo shoots show a“less-more-less”trend over time.In July,the number and the yield of bamboo shoots reach the maximum,accounting for 41% and 48% of the total bamboo shoots and the total output,respectively,followed by 38% and 34% in August.The individual weight of D.latiflorus shoots of different harvest heights reach the maximum in July.In this sense,the bamboo shooting can be divided into three periods,i.e.,the early period of shooting(June),the peak period(July to August)and the end period of shooting(September).The experimental results would provide a basis for formulating science-based and reasonable measures for bamboo shoot collection and management.
