摘  要:以61份来源不同的胡麻材料为试材,利用20对多态性较好的SSR引物构建胡麻DNA指纹图谱,并对其遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明:20对SSR引物共得到88个等位基因位点,其中多态性等位基因位点有87个,多态性比率为98.86%,PIC(多态信息含量)值在0.120—0.870,平均PIC值为0.508。UPGMA聚类分析结果显示:61份胡麻材料的遗传相似系数在0.250—0.780,在遗传相似系数0.7715处可将61份胡麻材料分为3类。构建的61份胡麻材料DNA指纹图谱可为今后胡麻品种鉴定与选育提供参考。Using 61 flax materials from different sources as experimental materials,20 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers were used to construct DNA fingerprints of flax,and their genetic diversity was analyzed.The results showed that a total of 88 alleles were obtained from 20 pairs of SSR primers,including 87 polymorphic alleles,with a polymorphism ratio of 98.86%,a PIC value of 0.120—0.870,and an average PIC value of 0.508.The results of UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficient of 61 flax materials ranged from 0.250 to 0.780,and 61 flax materials could be divided into 3 categories at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.7715.The constructed DNA fingerprints of 61 flax materials could provide a reference for future identification and breeding of flax variety.
