摘 要:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析GRB7基因在杜洛克猪、长白猪、大白猪、梅山猪和申农猪群体内的多态性。结果表明:猪GRB7基因片段长度为626 bp,检测发现该片段的163 bp和243 bp处存在突变位点。163位点突变在杜洛克猪群体内CC基因型较多,在长白猪、大白猪和申农猪群体内CT基因型较多,在梅山猪群体内TT基因型较多。243位点突变在杜洛克猪、长白猪和大白猪群体内CT基因型较多,在申农猪和梅山猪群体内TT基因型较多。GRB7基因TTTT合并基因型在申农猪和梅山猪群体内为优势基因型,在杜洛克猪和长白猪群体内CCTC合并基因型频率较高,在大白猪群体内CTCT合并基因型频率较高。In order to investigate the polymorphism of GRB7 gene in Shanghai,we analyzed the polymorphism of GRB7 gene in Duroc,Landrace,Large white,Meishan and Shennong pig populations by PCRRFLP.The results indicated that the length of 626 bp fragment of GRB7 gene was amplified,there were mutation sites at 163 bp and 243 bp of this fragment.CC genotype at 163 site was dominant in Duroc pig populations,CT genotype was dominant in Landrace,Large White and Shennong pig populations,and TT genotype was dominant in Meishan pig population.CT genotype at 243 site was dominant in Duroc,Large White and Landrace populations,and TT genotype was dominant in Shennong and Meishan populations.TTTT combined genotype was dominant in Shennong and Meishan pig populations,CCTC combined genotype frequency was higher in Duroc and Landrace pig populations,and CTCT combined genotype frequency was higher in Large white pig populations.
