摘 要:随着国际形势的变化,蛋白质饲料原料资源紧张和养殖氮排放污染是我国畜牧业面临的主要难题。为此,低蛋白日粮和非常规日粮应运而生,成为水禽养殖的趋势。低蛋白饲料可减少对蛋白质饲料的原料消耗、降低养殖成本、减少氮排放,对非常规饲料的开发利用,还可有效缓减蛋白质饲料短缺问题。水禽相对耐粗饲,开发非常规低蛋白日粮在水禽生产中具有广阔的应用前景。通过简述非常规低蛋白日粮技术的理论基础及其在水禽上的研究进展,旨在为非常规低蛋白饲料在水禽生产上的应用提供参考。With the changes in the international situation,the shortage of protein source and the pollution of nitrogen emissions from breeding are the main problems in animal industry.Therefore,low-protein diets and unconventional diets have emerged and gradually matured in recent years,and it has become the trend of waterfowl breeding.Low-protein feed can reduce the consumption of protein source,breeding costs,and nitrogen emission,while the development and utilization of unconventional feed can effectively alleviate the scarcity of protein source.Waterfowl are relatively resistant to roughage,and the development of unconventional low-protein diets has broad application prospects in waterfowl production.This paper briefly described the theoretical basis of unconventional low-protein diet technology and its research progress in waterfowl,aiming to improve the application of unconventional low-protein feed in waterfowl production.
