摘 要:采用双螺杆熔融共混制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA6)/超高密度聚乙烯(UHMWPE)共混物颗粒,再通过单螺杆挤出-压延工艺制备了复合材料片材。研究了UHMWEPE含量对HDPE/PA6复合材料的力学性能、耐热性、结晶性能、流变性能、微观形貌及超声波焊接强度的影响。实验结果表明,随着UHMWPE含量的增加,复合材料拉伸强度呈先增加后减小的趋势,断裂伸长率减小,在UHMWPE含量为9份时,相比纯HDPE冲击强度提高了149.1%,焊机处抗拉强度提高了98.4%。结晶研究发现,在加入少量UHMWPE时能够促进HDPE、PA6结晶。Researchers prepared high-density polyethylene(HDPE)/nylon 6(PA6)/ultra-high density polyethylene(UHMWPE)blend particles using twin screw melt blending,and then prepared composite sheets through a single screw extrusion rolling process.The effects of UHMWEPE content on the mechanical properties,heat resistance,crystallization properties,rheological properties,micro morphology and ultrasonic welding strength of HDPE/PA6 composites were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of UHMWPE content,the tensile strength of the composite material shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the elongation at break decreases.When the UHMWPE content is 9 parts,the impact strength is increased by 149.1%compared to pure HDPE,and the tensile strength of the welded joint is increased by 98.4%.Crystallization research has found that adding a small amount of UHMWPE can promote the crystallization of HDPE and PA6.
