摘　　要：应用GPC凝胶色谱法,通过一系列条件试验,包括溶剂、温度、流动相流速,样品浓度及标准曲线的优化选择,确定了最佳的GPC试验条件,以测定顺丁橡胶的分子量及分布指数。In this paper,GPC gel chromatography was used to determine the optimal GPC test conditions for the determination of molecular weight and distribution index of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber through a series of condition tests,including the optimization of solvent,temperature,mobile phase flow rate,sample concentration and standard curve.
