摘  要:本文分析了采用定量泵和节流调速回路的硫化机开合模液压系统,利用AMESim软件对开合模液压系统进行了仿真分析,指出了采用定量泵加节流调速回路的硫化机开合模液压系统,在慢速开模、慢速合模过程中存在较大的节流损失和溢流损失,导致系统容积效率不高,为硫化机液压系统的设计与优化提供了理论与技术参考。This article uses a quantitative pump and a throttle speed control circuit for the hydraulic system of the curing press opening and closing molds,and uses AMESim software to simulate and analyze the hydraulic system of the opening and closing molds.Research has found that the hydraulic system for opening and closing the mold of a vulcanizing machine using a quantitative pump and throttle speed control circuit has significant throttling and overflow losses during the slow opening and closing processes,resulting in low system volumetric efficiency.The above conclusions provide theoretical and technical references for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of the curing press.
