摘　　要：酸化剂具有提高畜禽生产性能、调节畜禽机体免疫能力、促进其肠道健康等功能,目前作为一种安全、绿色的“替抗”产品受到饲料行业的广泛关注。文章从酸化剂的类型、主要功能及其在家禽生产中的研究应用展开综述,并对影响酸化剂应用效果的诸多因素加以总结,以期为酸化剂在家禽生产中的研究应用提供科学参考依据。Acidifier has the function of improving the production performance of livestock and poultry,regulating the immune capacity of body,and promoting their intestinal health.At present,acidifier is widely concerned by feed industry as safe and green antibiotic alternatives.This review describes the classification and main functions of acidifier,and the application of acidifier in poultry production,it also summarizes various factors affecting the application of acidifier,to provide scientific reference for the research and application of acidifier in poultry production.
