摘　　要：建立了一种四环素类药物(土霉素、四环素、强力霉素、金霉素)在饲料中残留的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)分析方法。样品提取液选用浓度为0.1 mol/L的Na_(2)EDTA-Mcllvaine。四种药物在0.1~5.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2大于0.999。检出限(LOD)为0.5 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为1.0 mg/kg。加标的平均回收率分别为土霉素86.2%~88.4%,四环素82.1%~88.5%,强力霉素70.1%~78.1%,金霉素71.2%~74.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤6.0%(n=6)。结果显示,该方法灵敏度高、重复性好、选择性强,适用于饲料中四环素类药物残留的定量检测。A method for the determination of tetracycline residues(oxytetracycline,tetracycline,doxycy⁃cline,chlortetracycline)in feed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was established in this experiment.The sample was extracted by 0.1 mol/L Na_(2)EDTA-Mcllvaine.The four drugs showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1-5.0μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient R2 greater than 0.999.The limit of quantitation(LOD)was 0.5 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 1.0 mg/kg.The average recoveries of the four drugs were 86.2%-88.4%for oxytetracycline,82.1%-88.5%for tetracycline,70.1%-78.1%for doxycycline,71.2%-74.5%for chlortetracycline,and the rela⁃tive standard deviation(RSD)≤6.0%(n=6).The results showed that the method was sensitive,repeatable and selective,and suitable for the quantitative detection of tetracyclines residues in feed.
