摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中指出,“把青年工作作为战略性工作来抓。”新时代青年大学生政治认同培育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是“培养什么样的人、如何培养人和为谁培养人”重大的理论和实践问题。新疆大学生政治认同培育,有普通高校思想政治教育的共性方面,也有作为民族地区高校和大学生群体的个性方面。从理论维度看,党和国家对大学生政治认同培育的引领和规范是思想根源;从历史维度看,新疆大学生政治认同培育有深厚的历史文化传承;从主体维度看,民族地区大学生主体性特征使政治认同具有了新的形式和内容;从实践维度看,民族地区大学生政治认同培育的探索为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了依据和路向。General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“taking youth work as a strategic work”.The cultivation of political identity of young college students in the new era is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is a major theoretical and practical issue of“what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom to train people”.The cultivation of college students’political identity in Xinjiang includes the common aspects of ideological and po⁃litical education in ordinary colleges and universities,as well as the personality aspects of colleges and universities and college students in ethnic regions.From the theoretical perspective,the guidance and regulation of the CPC and the state on the cultivation of college students’political identity is the ideological root;From a historical perspec⁃tive,the cultivation of political identity of college students in Xinjiang has a profound historical and cultural heri⁃tage;From the perspective of subjectivity,the characteristics of college students’subjectivity in ethnic areas have brought new forms and contents to political identity;From the perspective of practice,the exploration of the cultiva⁃tion of political identity of college students in ethnic areas provides the basis and direction for strengthening the sense of Chinese national community.
