摘 要:发展冷弯薄壁型钢结构体系提升我国轻钢结构节能住宅技术的创新能力,促进住宅产业化进程,对改善人民生活条件尤其是中小城镇的住宅条件具有重要意义。而研究冷弯薄壁型钢结构房屋整体模型并合理应用于工程项目是关键科学问题。基于此,借鉴单层足尺冷弯薄壁型钢结构房屋双向地震输入振动台试验,建立试验试件有限元分析模型,通过与试验地震响应结果对比,验证了有限元建模方法的可靠性。结合实际工程项目,模拟分析了3层冷弯薄壁型钢结构房屋在9度罕遇地震作用下的地震响应。研究表明:房屋模型的侧移模式呈剪切型,各层最大加速度放大系数和最大相对位移随着结构高度的增加,基本呈线性增大。模型各层最大层间相对位移随着结构高度增大呈现减小趋势,一层为该房屋结构的薄弱层。房屋模型具有良好的抗震性能,其层间位移角和最小水平地震剪力等抗震性能指标满足现行抗震规范的要求。冷弯薄壁型钢结构体系顺应了我国建筑产业工业化和绿色化的发展方向,可应用于幼儿园等公共建筑,应用前景广阔。The development of cold-formed thin-walled steel structural system can enhance the innovation ability of light steel structural energy-saving housing technology and promote the process of housing industrialization in China.Furthermore,the application of light steel structural system can improve people's living conditions,especially the housing conditions in small and medium-sized towns.It is a key scientific problem to study the overall model of cold-formed thin-walled steel structural building and apply it reasonably to engineering projects.Based on this,the finite element analysis model of test specimen was established by referring to two-way seismic input shaking table test of single-layer full-scale cold-formed thin-walled steel structural building.The reliability of the finite element modeling method was verified by comparing with the experimental seismic response results.Combined with a practice engineering project,the seismic response of the three-storey cold-formed thin-walled steel structural building under the action of 9 degree rare earthquake was simulated and analyzed.The research shows that the lateral displacement mode of the building model is shear type.The maximum acceleration amplification coefficient and maximum relative displacement of each storey increase linearly with the increase of the structure height.The maximum interlayer relative displacement of each storey decreases with the increase of structure height,and the first layer is the weak layer of the building structure.The building model has good seismic performance and its seismic performance indexes,such as interlayer displacement angle and minimum horizontal seismic shear force,meet the requirements of the current seismic code.Cold-formed thin-walled steel structural system conforms to the development direction of industrialization and greenization of China's construction industry,which can be applied to public buildings such as kindergartens,with broad application prospects.
